Shipping Policy for Evexia Nutraceuticals

All packages from Evexia Nutraceuticals are shipped “FOB origin” or “FOB shipping point”. Evexia Nutraceuticals considers all sales complete at our shipping dock, and thus the buyer of the goods is responsible for freight costs and liability during transport.

All goods are shipped to arrive Monday through Saturday. If your business is closed, packages will be delivered the next business day. If your office will be closed during certain hours or days, you should make alternative delivery arrangements with our preferred carriers UPS or FedEx. Evexia Nutraceuticals will not refund refused deliveries or packages that become undeliverable after repeated attempts.

There may be an additional shipping fee if your order contains back-ordered items, depending on the size of the order. A Client Services representative will notify you by email if your order has any back-ordered items at the time of order fulfillment.

Nutraceutical orders incur a standard flat shipping fee of $15.50 per order. Additional charges may apply for large orders, international shipping, or nutraceutical orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

 

Return Policy for Evexia Nutraceuticals

If you are dissatisfied with a Product and would like to inquire about a return, please contact the EN Customer Service team at 888-852-2723, Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 8:00pm ET. Prior authorization from the Customer Service team and proof of purchase is required for all returns. Only unopened items returned with prior authorization and proof of purchase within thirty (30) days of delivery will be accepted as returns. EN, in its sole discretion, will either replace or provide a credit for all Products accepted as returns. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price of the Products will be charged for all returns. Reports of damaged Products or order discrepancies must be communicated to EN within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery in order to qualify for return. Heat sensitive and Products marked “Non-Returnable” are non-returnable and no credit or replacement will be given. All barcodes on product labels must be intact. Products with labels that have been altered in any way are non-returnable. Orders cancelled prior to shipping will not incur a restocking fee.
